This type of massage uses lubricant such as lotions, creams or oils to give the therapist the ability to glide over the skin. Swedish massage is a very comforting treatment and brings the body into full relaxation as well as aiding the body on a cellular level to perform its most intricate, life sustaining processes.

Stone are also used in hand to massage tired and sore muscles.This is a deeply relaxing heat therapy, especially comforting in cooler months, and soothes mind and body. Temperature of the stones and pressure used are carefully monitored by the therapist by keeping a read on the thermometer in the heated water as well as checking in with the client regarding their comfort.
